Clearer books. Fewer loose ends.

Fewer bookkeeping surprises. A clearer picture of your practice.

Missing expenses, unexplained balances, and overdue bookkeeping can leave you unsure where your practice stands. We resolve the gaps and establish consistent processes, so you have reliable numbers and fewer financial loose ends to manage.

Expenses & deductions

Give every eligible expense its place.

Missed or misclassified expenses can leave your records incomplete. We review transactions and supporting documents so legitimate business expenses are properly recorded for tax preparation.

Bookkeeping cleanup

Make decisions with numbers you can trust.

Incorrect categories and unreconciled balances make it hard to know where your practice stands. We correct errors, reconcile key accounts, and bring incomplete records up to date.

Payroll & tax balances

Catch discrepancies before they become costly surprises.

We check payroll liabilities and government account balances against your books, identify differences, and help resolve outstanding items to reduce the risk of avoidable interest and penalties.

GST/HST reconciliation

Get clarity on your GST/HST accounts.

Incorrectly recorded GST/HST and input tax credits can create discrepancies. We review classifications and reconcile the books to filed returns, giving you clearer balances and more accurate records.

Filing readiness

Be ready when filing deadlines arrive.

Behind on your books? We bring records current, identify outstanding filing requirements, and establish a regular schedule to support timely filings and fewer avoidable costs.

Processes & cash flow

Spend less time managing bookkeeping.

We streamline routine tasks and establish clear, repeatable procedures, so records stay consistent, responsibilities are clear, and you can better understand money coming in and going out.

Your clinic management software is the starting point

Use booking or clinic management software?
Let’s look at your setup.

Before you change systems, we review how your clinic records payments and shares reports. We discuss which exports or reports are available, how they can support your books, and who will provide them.

Any direct connection or import needs to be checked for your software and version. We confirm the workflow before you sign up.

A few clinic details that matter

HST needs a closer look

Massage therapy, rehabilitation, osteopathy, and product sales need to be recorded by service type. We review your clinic’s activities and flag GST/HST questions for confirmation.

Keep treatment revenue, retail sales, and shared expenses clearly separated. We organize the records needed to review tax treatment and prepare applicable returns.

We review the records and flag items that need a tax check. We do not assume that every sale or expense follows the same rule.

Keep fees, insurance payments, and balances separate

Track treatment fees, direct-billing deposits, and client payments separately for each practitioner and service.

Your charge, the insurer’s payment, a patient’s share, and an approved write-off may all differ. Keeping those amounts separate helps explain what was collected and what is still owed.

Keep your corporation’s money separate from yours

If your massage corporation pays a personal bill, it should not be left among routine practice costs. Money you take from or lend to the company also needs a clear record.

CRA shareholder loan and benefit rules may apply. We flag owner transactions for review so they can be dealt with at year-end.

Pricing that starts with your needs

Starting from $199/mo.

Your quote takes account of transaction volume, accounts, payroll, tax work, and cleanup. It explains which services are included and which are quoted separately.

Questions you may have

Can you catch up on old books?+

Yes. We first check the records and the periods involved. You get a scope and quote for the cleanup before we start.

Can we keep our accountant?+

Yes. We can handle the books and work with your accountant. We also offer personal and corporate tax services if you need them.

Do we have to change clinic management software?+

Not necessarily. Tell us whether you use a booking platform, spreadsheets, or another system. We’ll review the reports and workflow before recommending a change.

Does the monthly price cover everything?+

Your quote lists what is included. Payroll, tax returns, and past bookkeeping work depend on the scope you choose. We explain this before you decide.

What happens on the free call?+

In 20 minutes, we’ll walk through our process, discuss pricing, and answer your questions. You can then decide whether we’re a good fit. There is no obligation to sign up.
